      System Email Sends

      Automated & Transactional emails powered by the Honeycommb Platform

      Honeycommb as a platform sends the following transactional emails automated by triggers based on a specific set of behaviors to users in a community:

      • Confirm Email: User creates their account on the platform 
      • Reset Password: User resets their password 
      • Forgot Password: When a user resets their password in the onboarding experience 
      • You're Approved: When a user is approved in the system (Private Networks)
      • Download Data: When a user would like to download their data 
      • Free Trial Expiring: When a free trial is set to expire (Membership) 
      • Subscription Paid: When a membership paid and the user is sent an invoice (Membership)
