Reach out to your success manager for help setting up your domain - all that is needed is to update your DNS with a new CNAME for the subdomain! See This Article For Steps
3. Email Masking
Please share the email address you want to use for your transactional emails (for example support@yourbrand.com) with your Success Manager.
TIP: We suggest that this is a real email inbox that you can reply to inquiries.
