Simple set up steps for configuring your White-Label Bundle and Honeycommb Add-Ons
Here's what to expect now that you've completed your agreement and what to do next as we get started with Honeycommb. We need your attention on the following so we can get your community live:
1. Connect to Your Developer Account
If you haven't already, we'll need to set up your developer accounts through Apple & Google Play and the Honeycommb Development team to publish your apps through your developer accounts.
2. Mask Your URL for Custom Domain
As a reminder, you must own your domain and securely have a valid SSL Security Certificate to apply your custom domain. Read our Help Article on how to send your SSL certificate, CA Bundle, and Private key so we can provide you back the SSL domain to point to from your DNS.
3. Email Masking
Please share the email address you want to use for your transactional emails (for example email@example.com) with your Success Manager. Note, this must be a real email inbox that you can reply to inquiries from.
We'll take care of the rest like removing any Honeycommb branding within your network and setting up your branded help site.
