Subscription: Visible Users
In your subscription membership community, the Honeycommb platform will hide users that are not marked as "active" putting them in a non-searchable state
An active member in your community is one that has a searchable profile in direct messaging and the member list page.
To show active members in your community, we show users that meet the following criteria:
- Not banned from the community
- Approved in the community
- Has logged into the community at least once
If a member does not meet those criteria, they will not be visible in the search for DMs or members within your community.
NOTE: If you would like a user that does NOT fit the criteria listed above to appear in your network, i.e. they are approved but have not signed in yet, you can manually put them on a plan by editing their billing information
