WIth the Honeycommb platform, you have full access to your user data and content shared within your network. With full access, you have the ability to export and download your user data and content.
Some examples of what you can do with your data & content:
- Pull email addresses to import into your email service provider
- Analyze post engagement
- Filter user data via custom fields i.e. location, job, interests, etc.
To download Content, you must be logged in to your Control Center:
1. Navigate to Posts from the Main Menu
2. Enter any filters on the right, to download specific content. If no filters are entered, you will download all content.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, see Download: CSV on the left, and click it. Your file will be generated and automatically downloaded to your computer.
4. The post info that's generated in the csv file is:
- Id
- Username
- Parent
- Post type
- Title
- Body
- Hashtags
- Featured
- Sponsored
- Flags count
- Created at
- Updated at
- Likes count
- Children count
- Descendants count
- Edited at
- Group
To download User Data, you must be logged in to your Control Center

2. Enter any filters on the right, to download specific user data. If no filters are entered, you will download all user data.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, see Download: CSV on the left, and click it. Your file will be generated and automatically downloaded to your computer.
