      Editing Custom Fields

      How often can I edit a custom field?

      Admins can edit a custom field once per 24 hours. 

      Here's why we did this:

      • Editing Custom Fields can be confusing for users; if you change the question after they complete their response, you can confuse their answers 
      • If you edit or adjust a custom field when a user is editing a custom field, that's a problem 
      • Requiring a user to update a field that you just updated can be a bad experience 

      NOTE: Adjusting the order does NOT count as an "edit" to the Custom Field. Admins can adjust the ordering of the custom fields as many times as preferred during configuration
