Discover Area Customization

Customize your Discover page layout in an instant

Honeycommb’s Discover area can be configured in Control Center, enabling Admin customization of the page layout and the display of individual pages. Admins can make these changes through the Honeycommb Control Center, with updates sent seamlessly behind the scenes to users on iOS, Android, and the web.

Discover pages are accessed in your community by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the navigation menu. The Discover area displays several pages with the following content feeds:

  • Verified - only displayed for communities with Verified Users enabled
  • Featured - featured posts
  • New - all new posts from across the community
  • All-time - descending order ranking of the top posts in your community

To customize your Discover area, first navigate to your “View Community Details” page after logging in to Control Center.


From there, navigate down to the “Discover Pages” section on the right side:


Click and drag the arrow button for each page to change the order or click Edit to choose to Hide the particular Discover page. After you’ve made your changes, updates are immediately made on your community’s website - a user’s app will update the next time they reload the app. Simply reload the web page or the app to see your updates!
