ActiveCampaign Integration

Synchronize your community members with your ActiveCampaign contact list so you can run your own marketing email campaigns.

Navigate to your ActiveCampaign dashboard

  1. In the slideout menu, click on Settings (bottom left corner)
  2. Click on Developer
  3. Copy your API Access Key API Access URL
  4. (Optional) If you want your network members to be synced to a particular contact list follow the below. Otherwise, contacts will be synced to your Master Contact List:
    1. In the slideout menu, click Contacts (top left)
    2. Click Lists and then Add a list
    3. Input required info and click Add
    4. Navigate to newly created list 
    5. The URL in your browser should look something like /app/contacts/?listid=2&status=1 
    6. Copy the integer value after listid=


Navigate to your Honeycommb Control Center

  1. In the slideout menu, click Integrations -> Service Integrations
  2. Locate the ActiveCampaign service integration and click Start Integration

  3. Paste the API Access Key into corresponding field
  4. For the Account Name field, paste the subdomain from the API Access URL value. For example, if your API Access URL was then the Account Name will be honeycommb7870
  5. For List, you can use the default Master Contact List by inputing into this field. Otherwise, use the listid you previous copied.
  6. Click Save
  7. Click Activate
    1. Any members you have will begin synchronizing over the next few minutes. All future members will be synchronized when they are created.
